My 6 month kid doesn't make any sound when we talk she just smiles and just opens her mouth. She rarely makes cooing. Is it a problem?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. it is important to meet the doctor to get the child examined. milestones assessment of the child needs to be done which will tell whether the cxhild is having any development delay or not. the child will be assessed for four major milestones that is gross motor fizne motor social and language.
