my 6 month daughter is not taking feeding after I took my first dose of vaccine, she vomitted.. she is not taking formula milk too.. is anything to worry.. she took feeding at morning 11p.m.. from morning 12 to 5 she passed only 2 times urine.. what reason it might be?

A. check if the baby is teething during such phase also babies tend to refuse food if the problem perists consult your doctor for proper examination and medication maintain hygeine in the area
