my 6 month baby motion is watery two times and semi solid one time. is it motions. mouth become dry

If it is generally a loose motion it will happen through and through it is not only once or twice in the day this could be just a normal loose motion that your child may have had any doubt check with your doctor they will be able to clear all your doubts about it
