You have to just see the child should not be uncomfortable which may be because of factors like temperature of the room nasal blockage some discomfort like infantile colic or hunger.
In older children a proper discipline is required so that the sleeping pattern can be scheduled according to a proper time try to avoid too much of screen time with sometimguies can be the causative factor for disturbed sleep.
RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl1 Year agoA. Into tally is a child should sleep for at least 10 hours minimum in a day if your child is not sleeping that much then maybe you should just check with your doctor because at this age sleep place a very very important role for overall growth of the child
