My 5yr old child sometimes at night wet the bed,usually this happens when he doesn't pee before bed and yesterday one incident happened in school while going to take school bus he peed...do I need to consult a doctor as here at home everyone started saying he might have some health issue.. please advise

A. Mam if the child is having water you have to make sure that the child is urinating from time to time in this case either your child is not urinate well in the night before sleeping which is why this happened in the morning also before you leave the house for you for the bus to take that you should make your child urinate sometimes kids do control their urine and it just comes out like that because they’re being lazy that time and sometimes it’s genuinely a problem but right now I don’t think so it’s any problem reaches that you need to teach your child that whenever you want to urinate you should instantly go to the washroom don’t try to control it otherwise it is going to lead to problems like infections and embarrassment like this so slowly if you teach things will be better right now it really doesn’t seem like a problem
