my 5months old baby suffered from cold and running nose last week. after consulting my pediatrician and medications now he is ok but mucus was still in his throat and he makes sound during his sleep. how to remove that mucus from his throat

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. please give mucolite drops and Cold and cough in small babies are because of viral infections you have to treat them symptomatically with steam inhalation and saline drops in the nose of the baby e they will subside generally in a week's time

Can nebulise the child that will help in melting down the congestion and the mucous out of the chest and throat of your child and your child is going to feel at ease after that and it is going to come out in the form of motion mostly so you can definitely nebulise your child now
