my 5months old baby girl's poop is green since 2 months..once we have given her metronidazole 1ml twice a day...for 2 days..on false report...is that any cancer or any serious illness

A. Green colour Motion is normally seen in babies and mostly it may be due to less feeding oghr formula milk feeding babies. If it is associated with mucous and foul smell in motion than there could be some infrection.
