ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist2 years agoA. dear Mum, solid foods should be introduced only after completion of 6 months and not earlier than that. until the completion of 6 months, you should exclusively breastfeed. breast milk is most nutritious and complete food for baby till 6 months.
