my 5month old Baby temperature reach 103.6 even after giving paracetamol 1ml.....please help🥲

Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can be agfain repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if fever is repeatingg. and you can also do cold sponging of the body if required

That's why you should always contact your doctor or head to urgent care if your little one has any fever that's 100.4°F or above. (The same goes with a temperature lower than 97.7°F when taken rectally.)
