my 5mnth old baby who is being fed on formula is not having milk properly n she is urinating in yellow colour ?

In such case you should change formula milk and then try again. Because feeding is very important for baby and if your baby is not passing eat times urine in a day then in such case you should definitely consult with your paediatrician about it because this can be because of dehydration
