Q.
My 50 days old baby didn't poop for the last 5 days..except from the feeding and sleeping time he cries all the time especially releasing the gas...I tried stomach massage and leg exercises but nothing works..Is dis normal?

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl4 years agoA. yes it's a normal thing so it s normal for the baby to not pass stools daily as digestion can be different for everyone . If baby does not pass stool even upto 1 week it s not to worry. If more than 1 week and baby has discomfort can use glycerine suppository for relief. No syrup is given for this below 2 years
