A lot of times it is just associated with deficiencies in the body sometimes it can be associated stress anxiety because when kids start going to the school they go through a lot so sometimes because of that also kids can behave like this but I really cannot be very certain till the time you do not get examined by the doctor you cannot be very sure about it
