Q.

My 5 years 5 month old son's milk tooth have decayed. Although he never ate any chocolates or sweets and brushes his teeth twice a day. We have visited dentist and she is recommending root canal, tooth extraction on almost all teeth. My worries are that, does tooth decay of mill teeth affect permanent teeth?
