My 5 year old son has viral fever with sore throat. Doctor prescribed Zifi dry syrup but we are unable to get it . As a substitute can we give Taxim O forte? That’s what pharmacist suggested . With sporolac in the morning?

A. don't give any antibiotic medicine without your doctor suggestions. You can give medicine mixing in honey. And Mix the dose of medicine with a strong-sweet flavor.. tc .
