very rarely it might be associated with nutritional deficiency and most commonly iron fdeficiency.
no treatment is required and gradually the white spots will disappear c

A lot of times these nails pods could be due to deficiency of iron in the body to me as well be sure about getting a check with the doctor because without proper assessment I cannot give you clarity whether it is due to deficiency of iron calcium or some another issue so it’s better that you want to get a check with the doctor the doctor would be able to provide you with betterWrite Your Answer Here
