my 5 year old boy complaining of ear pain, we are suspecting it is due to deep blowing nose since he has sevier cold from 3 days, frequently he is blowing nose whenever he feels like congestion any drops or medicine

Yes you can be right but usually that kind of pain happens on the other part of the face not precisely in the year it can be associated with an infection also so best is to get examined by an ENT doctor and proceed with what your doctor has to recommend you
