my 5 year old baby girl suffering from skin allergy ..what to do

A. Mam I don’t think so just having one pimple can denote skin allergy you haven’t mentioned if your child is having allergy on the entire body or something but if this is it then it’s probably just a pimple which you can easily puncture but if you feel it’s only the entire body then you should consult a dermatologist
