Q.

my 5 months son poop 4-5 times today in small amount then reddish around at anal area.which medicine shall I give to him?

A. it is a diaper rash you are talking about they are you can use any diaper rash cream for avoiding this and also you should change the diaper very frequently whenever it is wet
