My 5 months old is trying hard to poop even it’s watery can I give him bonnison drops if ok how many drops should I give

A. give tummy time rather Constipation is common in exclusively breastfed babies feed the baby in sitting and c arm position burp everytime after feeding do cycling exercise wait till 10 days if the problem perissts kindly consult your doctor
