My 5 months old baby girl having the body temperature 99.4 and she suffering from the ear ache ,I gaven the paracetamol to her and is it compulsory to consult a doctor?

A. this could be some kind of infection which needs to be examined first then only proper treatment could be given with medifhfcal supervision so please talk to your doctor till then maintain good hygiene .
