Exclusively breastfeed babies sometimes do not pass stools even for a week, it is normal as long as baby is healthy and active, not showing signs of discomfort. Continue to exclusively breastfeed baby on demand. Keep Babyhug tummy roll on handy. Consult your doctor for advice
