my 5 months baby had red and white patches on head immediately after hair tonsuring. plz suggest weather it get rid on its own or to use any medicine to get rid of it.

There is nothing to worry about. Some red and white patches are totally normal and it get cured by its own in next few days. Just try to keep your baby normal room temperature and don’t change the temperature of surroundings frequently. And continue using babies regular baby products.
