my 5.3 years ild. son lost his first milk teeth is this normal.

A. Hi yes it's normal kids can show early eruption of permanent teeth.. maintain proper oral hygiene to prevent decay in remaining milk teeth and new erupting permanent teeth.. make your kid brush twice daily..

A. Yes It can start falling after the age of 4 to 5 years itself so need not worry about it it is completely normal and if your child’s teeth started following that’s very good just make sure that you are maintaining proper oral hygiene and making your child brush two times in a day
