ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. Give steam inhalation, do massage with mustard oil on chest, back n bottom of feet. Warm honey with a few drops of fresh holy basil (tulsi) juice and fresh ginger juice to relieve the throat discomfort and improve immunity.
