AnjuMom of a 5 m old boy1 month agoA. Greenish or greenish-yellow stool in babies, especially between 1 to 4 months old, is usually normal. It can be due to digestion, breast milk variation, or mild changes in diet (if formula-fed). As long as the baby is feeding well, gaining weight, and not showing signs of discomfort, there’s usually no need to worry. However, if the stool is watery, has mucus, or is accompanied by fever or irritability, consult a pediatrician.
