my 4month old baby hits with a mobile phone on his head's soft spot, he didn't cry at all after that, should I take him to dr

Hi See that soft spot is really very sensitive it is better that you get it checked with the doctor to be more sure about it that your child and get hurt over there I agree with your child maybe you know maybe your child in Cry or maybe your child and get her that’s the best thing but still there is no Harm getting it checked
