my 4month old baby have started sitting without support and she licks her tongue while seeing me eating can I start with solid food to her

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. Hello mom yes these are some indications that the baby is ready for their solids.
but initially would suggest to start with liquid consistency foods only.
and in small quanitities and as they develop a liking & also accept well you can increase the quantity , variety and number of meals and gradually move to semi solids
