my 4month daughter skin gt discolored from neck which is always hidden and gt rashes and white color patch..what is this plz help

See this could be some skin related problem without having a proper check we cannot be sure about the problem is so you please without wasting any time I would recommend you to have an assessment with your doctor as they can only give a confirmation about what problem is there and what’s the solution to that
