My 45 days baby girl gets hiccups soon as I get over with feeding , What is the reason for that

A. Hi dear good afternoon nothing to worry about it. It's common with new borns. Feed your baby every 2-3 hours once during the day time that's more important and also during night hours feed every 4-5 hours. Night hours it's fine to leave baby sleep for a while.
