My 4 yr old is having a fever from the past 8 days. The fever is high during night time. The medication prescribed are not helping. He is studying in LKG and suffering from fever again and again after only a week after recovering. What to do?

A. there is need to investigate the baby for diagnosis and management Fever is the response of the body against foreign infection like virus bacteria etc no need to use any medicines unless the temperature is more than hundred degrees
