My 4 Yr kid is suffering from fever, he has severe headache Pls suggest some tonic

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. you have to first treat the fever and then give only easily digestible food and seasonal fruits and vegetables and this will only help in improving the immunity and this is the only tonic for the child
