my 4 years old kid has cylindrical power minus 2.5 in both eyes, but her vision is clear she can able to read even the letters in last row,,so doctor said no need for spectacles now,, is this problem goes on its own or she need specs in future to correct this??

A. only time will tell whether the child will need cylindrical lens or not. this children usually have difficulty when they see from a side otherwise when the vision is in front of them then they should not have any problem
