my 4 years old daughter received her Tcv1 two days back,now that area is dark hard and itchy.What should be done

A. If there is fever give paracetamol as prescribed by your doctor. see that if there is a pain and little swelling, give a hot compress to baby. Soak a cotton cloth in hot water squeeze it and gently press on injected area. Ensure wzye risnt too hot. Also cold compress czn help baby relax too
