my 4 years baby teeth hurts very badly please suggest me cure for relief

A. there is nothing that you can do at home for this. please visit a dentist preferably a pedodontist and get a proper clinical examination and treatment done. do not ignore as toothache is avery severe type of pain

A. This way it would be very difficult to suggest you a self care I do need to understand what was the problem Sai would recommend you to have a proper assessment with a dentist a paediatric dentist would be able to help you on this
