my 4 years 10 months old son drank max to max 10 ml paint thinner by mistake, he vomited after one hour when he drank water, we took him to the doctor. doctor suggested us to keep a watch on his activities, and keep him under observation for 24 hrs. he prescribed only Rentack. but since morning he pooped thrice till evening with smell of thinner and consistency is not very thin not very tight, his mouth is also smelling like thinner whenever he is blowing. he has fever 99.6 F in armpit in the evening. but doctor has not prescribed any medicine and just asked us to keep a watch for 24 hrs. now it's more than 24 hours. he has thinner Ellen pooped thrice, smell of thinner in breath, dry nose and low fever. what should I do. should I change the doctor or just wait and watch. plz help plz.
