My 4 year old son has stomach Flu he is going for poop for 4-5 times in a day and feels gastric issue and has watery poop. Any one can tell some home remedies??

A. the baby is more than 4 years of age having loose motions you have to do adequate water coconut water buttermilk provide dehydration the baby please give zinconia 5 ml 2 times a day
