Q.

my 4 year old son has diagnosed with speech delay and mild ASD with Adhd,he has constipation also ,he didn't pooped since 5 days ,and I can't afford therepies and doctor fees, please suggest some Home remedies for constipation.. please help me if anyone who is pediatrician there.

A. hi. .youcan give your child syp lactulose 10 ml in night for 3 days. .givehim fiber rich food. .for therapies you may bisit DEIC centers at your hovermebt District hospitals, they woll no charge you.
