Q.

My 4 year old is a very picky/fussy eater. How to make him eat vegetables. He just relies on milk and some fruits for the day.

A. Dear ma’am, most kids are like that and force feeding won’t help. However they have tender appetite and too much milk can quickly fill their tummy replacing other healthy foods. Instead of plain milk you can try fruit and nut milkshake or multigrain porridge with one banana which are calorie dense foods
