My 4 year old have bulgem at sleeping time and cough due to this .what is the home remedies

A. Saline water you can use for giving nebulisation to the child along with that giving steam to the child indirectly will also be very helpful at the same time I am also going to advise you to kindly take an assistance with the doctor for a proper medicine to be given to the child and you can also give ginger juice and honey with a pinch of black pepper 3 to 4 times in the day
