Q.

my 4 year old girl . her palm of hand , foot , head and stomach are hot like fever. but temperature level is normal. she's active . well playing, eating, sleeping times are normal. what to do for this problem.

A. Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can eebe again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if again required and you can also do cold sponging of the body to reduce fever

A. It It’s fine because the body temperature sometime can be higher than an adult body that’s very common with kids but since you said that the temperature is normal then you definitely need not worry about it it’s very common with kids like I said their body temperature is a littlehigher than ours
