my 4 year old frequently complains her legs are feeling cold.. what's cause this..is it necessary to consult a doctor

A. Yes you should consult your doctor if it is unnecessarily the child is feeling cold then in that case you’ll have to go ahead with consulting your doctor once as a doctor would be able to give you appropriate help on the situation that you are in as of now
