My 4 year old daughter has an itching issue , and her leg skin is darker can you give the solution for both the issue

Maybe it’s because of the product that you are using or oil if you’re using any on the skin has create more of dryness that’s why it is becoming itching in the skin so you can check with your doctor if required second you can also apply EVION vitamin E cream regularly
