My 4 year old boy is doing loose stools n having stomach ache... What food should I offer n how to stop this motions n stomach ache... Plz someone suggest

A. loose motion may be because of either some infectiong there could be luoss of water and electrolytes so a proper hydration is required give ORS and also give probiotic like enterogermina two times 3 day
