my 4 year kid has fever from sunday night but it is till 100 degree ferenheight i am using paracetamol 250 5 ml and from yesterday I started azithromycin. yesterday evening he started playing and night time he got fever again and morning he was playing but 5 o'clock evening he get fever again and from yesterday he has cough and cold also.should I wait for 5 dose of azithromycin Or need to go to dr

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. it is advisable to consult doctor for proper examination and investigations the reasons of fever Fever is the response of the body against foreign infection like virus bacteria etc no need to use any medicines unless the temperature is more than hundred degrees
