my 4 year daughter has red rashes on tougue. plz suggest should I consult to the doctor.is it serious issue?

A. hi dear mom.. yes you will be better if you consult paed regarding this..as without examining child nothing can be said or advised on same . avoid spicy and tangy food fir few days..give coconut water to baby. happy parenting
