My 4 year daughter doing normal poop three to four times a day and followed with stomach ache i have given antibiotics even gut gain but still problem is there please explain why

A. hellp this will requore a proper medical attention n is better to check ir doctor n she will be able go guide u accordingly n will also be safe too n nothing to worry about it
