my 4 th month boy baby is having some different sound in stomach what reason r he is suffering from digestive improper

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. they are just sounds of digestion present. every child is not having any other complaints and the growth is proper there is no need to worry about it but kindly do burping for 15 to 20 minutes to decrease the amount of gas in the intestine and the noise will decrease
