my 4 months old baby is having lose motions of green color and she is also refusing breastfeeding, what should I do?

A. try to feed more often, practice dream feeding.. if urine count is less, than 6 time n stool is foul smelling, it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.
