my 4 months old baby is doing slight watery pasty seedy yellow poop for 6 to 7 days a day why?

A. If your child is not having any other symptom, I would suggest you wait and watch and continue with breastfeeding following appropriate hygiene methods. Keeping your baby clean. You can add a simple probiotic like Econorm sachet two times a day for three days.
