my 4 months old baby boy is passing poop with 5 days gap with yellow mix green color is this normal.

A. If the baby is comfortable then it’s fine but if baby us gassy abd bloated then give neopeptine drops to the baby and feed baby on regular intervals avd burp after feeds and give tummy time
